Every Dream Begins

For Doux N Cielo, it began in a home kitchen.
For as long as anyone can remember, our mother has found her greatest joy in cooking. Her kitchen was always filled with warmth, familiar aromas, and recipes guided more by instinct than instruction.
Wanting to deepen her understanding of baking, she enrolled in a professional baking course — and it was there that a quiet dream took shape: to one day open her own bakery.

As her son grew up surrounded by these flavours and aromas, the same love for food quietly took root. What began as curiosity slowly became purpose.
This led him to pursue culinary training professionally — mastering classical techniques, modern pastry craft, and refined baking methods.
